888 SOCIETY is a private order of entrepreneurs, investors, and executives — limited to 888 seats per chapter, beginning with Southern California. The first chapter opens with eighty Charter seats — numbered 009 to 088, engraved, and never reassigned. The first table sits in December 2026.
We meet on the eighth.Four gatherings a year — March, June, September and December — always on the eighth. In every chapter and every city, the same rule.
Most rooms sell you contacts and then leave you standing in a crowd of strangers. In the days before every gathering, the office sends you the members it believes you should meet, why they matter to what you are building, and, where seating is assigned, where you will be sitting. Introductions depend on who attends and are not guaranteed in any individual case.
Before every gathering, the office studies who is attending and what each of them is working on.
Sent to you before the night, with the reason each one is worth your time.
You are placed beside them. Nobody is left working the edge of the room.
Both sides are told about each other beforehand, so the conversation starts in the middle.
888 SOCIETY is the room where you sit with the ones who already made it. Who you meet there is the one thing we refuse to leave to chance.
You have a following. You have a feed. Thousands of people can see you, and it has not sent you one serious partner — because the stranger scrolling past you risked nothing to be there and owes you nothing. Every one of the 888 will have paid to be in this room, and every one will have been reviewed before the door opened. Eighty of those seats are open right now, and the eighty go first. When the rest of the chapter sees your name, they already know something about you no follower will ever know: you paid to be here too.
One line, never two. A member who introduces someone the office admits is paid on that person — and never on anyone that person goes on to introduce. There is no quota, no kit, nothing to buy, and no seat or degree depends on it. Most members introduce no one. How the program works ⟶
Four times a year the Society convenes — a private dinner, a golf invitational, a business mixer, and, on the eighth of September, the Gala in black tie.
A closed table in a room you would not have booked yourself. One long conversation, no stage.
Eighteen holes is four uninterrupted hours with someone who does not take cold calls.
The wide room, on purpose: founders, investors, executives, attorneys, and civic leaders in one place.
A large venue, a speaker worth the drive, and the whole chapter in the same room.
A private dinner with the principals in the hours before each gathering. Small table, closed door, no cameras.
Every September 8th — black tie, the year’s recognitions, and the entire Society in one room.
You do not wait until March for your membership to be worth something. This is what happens the week you are admitted.
Assigned at admission, engraved, and never reassigned. Seat 009 is 009 forever.
A working session with the office on what you are building and who you need to meet. Your first introductions come out of it.
Your logo goes on the public roll the week you are admitted. Everyone who comes after sees it there from the start.
The office assigns your group for the year, matched by business stage, and convenes it at every gathering.
December 2026. It is the eighty and no one else — three months before the chapter opens its doors to anyone.
If in your first year the Society does not move your business, do not renew — and tell us why, to our face, at the December table.
Three ways into the same Society. You choose the degree you enter at — and you can rise from any of them. What changes is not the room; it is how close to the center of it you sit.
All four gatherings of the year, prepared introductions, your listing in the directory and your mark on the wall. You are in the room, and you never walk in alone.
See everything it includes ⟶Everything in The Room, plus your Pod, the Deal Room and introductions made to order. The Room puts you in the building. The Table gives you a group that answers for your numbers.
See everything it includes ⟶Everything in The Table, plus the private dinner before each gathering, a direct line to the office, eight guest passes a year, and first look at what moves.
See everything it includes ⟶All three degrees include the one-time $888 initiation, charged once in a lifetime and never repeated if you later rise a degree. Compare all three side by side ⟶
Most clubs hand you a drink and a name tag. 888 SOCIETY sits inside a private business ecosystem — six companies that form, fund, finance, educate, and scale. When you join the room, you plug into the machine behind it.
Business formation, structure, branding, and growth — preferred access for members.
Financing and capital-access solutions for members’ ventures. Any credit is offered by AVANCO GROUP under a separate agreement, subject to underwriting, approval, and applicable licensing. 888 SOCIETY does not extend credit, does not arrange credit, and does not finance membership dues.
Professional markets education — futures, options, and discipline at member terms.
Commerce and global trade — sourcing, wholesale, and marketplace relationships.
The investment arm of the holding — partnership and acquisition conversations happen here first.
The room that ties it together — where the ecosystem's builders, clients, and allies become one network.
Membership provides relationships and preferred access to services — it does not constitute an offer of securities, an investment opportunity, or any right to returns.
Every September 8th, at the Gala, the Society awards eight scholarships to the children of builders who are still early in the climb. Eight awards, read aloud, with their parents in the room.
What separates an institution from a nice dinner is that the institution owes something to the people outside the room. The Scholarship is that debt, paid once a year, in public, by the whole Society at once.
I have been in business for more than twenty years — most of it in rooms I paid to be in.
I bought the seminars with the famous name on the poster. I hired the mentors. I sat in the mastermind groups, the clubs, the pitch nights. Some of them moved me. Almost none of them moved my business. A man on a stage can make you believe you can do anything. He cannot introduce you to the person who signs the check.
The rooms that worked were never the ones I paid for. They were the ones we built ourselves — a handful of us who have been putting the right people in the same room for a long time. Dinners. Golf tournaments. A charity we run for law enforcement, where the course fills with operators and city officials who came because somebody they trust told them to. Nobody sold anything at those. People met the person they needed, and then things happened.
After 2020 I stopped seeing rooms like that the way I used to. So I went looking for one here in Southern California — a place where operators meet operators on purpose, with somebody doing the introducing. I did not find it.
So we are building it ourselves. Not a seminar. Not a mailing list with a bar tab. Eight hundred and eighty-eight numbered seats, a calendar you can hang on a wall, and an office whose only job is to make sure you never walk into the room alone.
And I am not doing it alone. The people I have built those rooms with are the ones the first chairs go to, and you will meet every one of them.
There are no members yet. There is a standard, a calendar, and eighty Charter seats — and we are filling them one conversation at a time before the doors open on March 8, 2027. Every application is read by us. I read every one myself.
If you want a club that already runs, come back in three years and pay more for less. If you want your name among the Eighty, the seat is open now, and it will not be open again.
888 SOCIETY exists for people who build — and who refuse to build alone.
We are a private order of entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and high-performing professionals — limited to 888 seats per chapter, beginning with the founding chapter in Southern California. Members run companies, own assets, lead teams, and hold themselves to a standard most rooms have never seen. Admission is by application and invitation — because the value of the room is the people in it.
No seat opens without a reading and a conversation. No tourists, no spectators, no pitch-slappers.
Masterminds, workshops, and rooms designed to move real businesses forward — measurably.
Relationships measured in decades. The member you meet this year may be your partner in ten.
Status here is earned by what you build and contribute — not by what you wear or drive.
Nothing to binge, nothing to skip. The Society happens in rooms, between people, in real time.
Members are protected from pitching. Business flows from trust — never from pressure.
There is no single résumé — there is a single mentality. Members share three traits: they build, they contribute, and they keep their word.
From first company to holding company — operators who carry payroll and responsibility.
People who put capital to work and understand risk, patience, and compounding.
Decision-makers who run teams, budgets, and outcomes inside serious organizations.
Top practitioners whose expertise multiplies the value of every room they enter.
Elected officials, department heads, and law-enforcement leaders — people who build in public and know how a city actually works.
Hungry, disciplined builders on a steep trajectory — sponsored by an existing member.
That mix is the product. Attendance varies by gathering, and the Society promises a room of that caliber — never access to any particular member, official, or public office. No public official, agency, or department endorses or sponsors 888 SOCIETY, and membership confers no influence with any government body.
The Society is not exclusive about where you came from. It is exclusive about how you carry yourself once you are inside.
The door does not open because a payment cleared. Every seat begins with an application, a reading, and a conversation with the office.
Owners, investors, executives, and professionals belong here. So does the person who has not started yet but has already decided to. Spectators do not.
Contribution is the rent. Members who only extract are not renewed, at any degree, at any price.
Eighteen or older, and you sign the Code of Eight. What is said in the room stays in the room — numbers, names, and struggles alike.
Eight principles govern every room, every relationship, and every member. Break the Code, lose the room.
Enter every room asking what you can give. Extraction is the fastest way out of the Society.
What is said in the room stays in the room. Numbers, names, and struggles are sacred.
A member's word is a contract. Do what you said, when you said, or don't say it.
This is a room for people who want more — and respect others who want the same.
Introductions, opportunities, and knowledge flow both ways. The ledger stays balanced.
Every member is expected to be measurably better every year. Comfort is not a membership benefit.
We build fortunes worth being alive for. Energy, fitness, and clarity are professional obligations.
We play games measured in generations. The name outlasts the deal — protect it.
I build what outlives me.
I keep the room and its secrets.
My word is my bond, my name is my collateral.
I give before I ask.
I sharpen the seven beside me.
I guard my health as I guard my wealth.
I rise by lifting the room.
I am one of the 888.
Across cultures and centuries, eight is the number of abundance, balance, and infinite return — the shape of infinity stood upright. Once for wealth. Twice for balance. Three times for what never ends. We did not choose the number for luck. We chose it as a standard: build what compounds forever.
One eight — prosperity. We gather people who create value, not people who chase it.
Two eights — double fortune, and the discipline to hold it. Wealth, health, family, purpose: the whole ledger.
Wealth that outlives you. Relationships that outlast deals. A name that compounds across generations.
Turn the eight on its side and it never ends. That is the horizon every member builds against.
A membership you attend, not a newsletter you ignore. This is the rhythm of the Society.
The Society does not meet weekly, and it does not meet on a screen. It convenes four times a year — always on the eighth — and once, on the eighth of September, in black tie.
A closed table in a room you would not have booked yourself. Seating is arranged before you arrive, not left to chance, and the night has one long conversation instead of a stage.
Eighteen holes is four uninterrupted hours with someone who does not take cold calls. Foursomes are matched the way the pods are: by stage, by industry, by what each of you needs from the other.
The wide room, on purpose. Founders and investors beside executives, attorneys, physicians, and civic leaders — the mix is the product, and every guest is vetted before the door.
A large venue, a speaker worth the drive, and the whole chapter in the same room at the same time. The night the Society sees its own size.
In the hours before each gathering, the Head Table eats first — a private dinner with the principals of the family of companies and selected guests. Small table, closed door, zero cameras.
Every September 8th — the night of the Society. Black tie, the year’s recognitions, the strongest room of the calendar, and the stories that carry the next twelve months.
Every member, searchable — industry, expertise, and what they're building. Warm doors only.
The private community channel: asks, offers, wins, and introductions moving daily between gatherings.
Tell the office who you need to meet — a partner, a supplier, a buyer — and the Society goes to work.
Every workshop is recorded. The Library starts empty and never gets smaller — the Charter Eighty are the ones who fill it.
Wins celebrated in front of the room — because visibility inside the right room changes trajectories.
Bring the right people into the orbit — guest passes by degree, every guest vetted by the office.
Everything inside 888 SOCIETY is built on eight pillars — the complete architecture of an extraordinary life, not just an extraordinary business.
Curated rooms of entrepreneurs, investors, and executives — every handshake pre-vetted.
Pods of never more than eight. Your private board of directors — accountability, strategy, and unfiltered truth.
Partners, suppliers, buyers, and opportunities that move between members first.
Workshops on capital, credit, structure, and ownership — taught by operators, not theorists.
Command rooms, negotiation, and decision-making under pressure — the skills of the head of the table.
Discipline, mindset, faith, and standards — because the business never outgrows the builder.
Energy is the first asset. Performance, wellness, and longevity practices for people who play long games.
Family, generational wealth, and the name you leave behind — the pillar the other seven serve.
Choose the degree you enter at. Every degree sits inside the same 888 — the difference is access, proximity, and how much of the Society comes to you.
The $888 initiation is paid once in a lifetime, at any degree — never a second time, not even when you rise. Dues renew annually and never renew without your written consent. The first eighty Charter seats carry a standing that cannot be granted later. Admission is not guaranteed.
No degree opens because a payment cleared. Every seat begins with an application, a reading, and a conversation. Then you choose your degree.
Room, Table, or Head Table — you decide at admission. Those who already know what they want start higher.
Advancement stays open all year. Move up mid-term and you pay only the prorated difference — never the full amount twice, and never a second initiation.
Degrees buy access and proximity — never a vote. The Society is governed by the Council of Eight, and those eight chairs are conferred, never purchased at any price.
Standing in the Order is not for sale — it is where your seat falls. Eight chairs govern, eighty founded, eight hundred fill the chapter. The numbers add up to the name.
8 + 80 + 800 = 888
One chapter. Three ranks. Every seat numbered.
Eight chairs govern the Society. They cannot be applied for, and they cannot be purchased — at any price, at any degree. No amount of dues has ever carried a vote. The Council of Eight is conferred, and it answers for the Order itself: the Code, the standard, and who is admitted. Every member knows the chairs exist. Few will ever know the view.
888 SOCIETY promotes from within. Membership is not only a room you join — it is a ladder you can climb. Every officer of the Society began as a member; every future chapter will be led by one of its own.
Master the room: contribute, build, and rise through the degrees. Reputation inside the Society is the first currency.
Lead a Pod — set its standard, run its sessions, and answer for its results. The first test of command.
Help run the chapter itself: events, admissions, the Gala. Officers carry real responsibility — and real visibility.
When the Society opens a new city, it appoints a Chairman from within its ranks to build and run that chapter — a compensated leadership position, earned by service and standing, never bought.
The eight chairs that govern the Order. The path to them runs through service to the Society — never through dues.
Every officer began as a member. Appointments are earned by contribution and standing — never purchased, and never based on how many people you brought.
Officer and Chairman positions are appointed, compensated roles for operating the Society — not income opportunities, and never based on recruitment volume. Membership is not a business opportunity or investment.

20 percent of the first-year dues of the member you introduced, and 10 percent of every renewal — for as long as you are both active. Always on the dues, never on the initiation.
One level only: you are paid on who you bring, never on who they bring. The renewal fee stops if either of you ceases to be a member. No income is promised or implied. Most members introduce no one. The Society makes no representation as to how much, if anything, any member will receive, and referral fees are not a return on your dues.
Submit your petition — who you are, what you build, and the degree you seek. Five minutes, total confidence.
Every application is read personally by the office — no algorithms, no autoresponders.
A private call or coffee. We're evaluating fit and contribution — and so should you.
If the room is right, your invitation arrives — your letter of admission, your numbered credential, and your login to the back office.
Seats 001 through 008 belong to the Council of Eight. Seats 009 through 088 are the Charter seats — the eighty builders who came in before the doors opened. A Charter number is retired rather than reassigned, and Charter members are recognized at every Gala. While a waiting list is in effect, a Charter member in good standing is offered renewal before the list is drawn. Charter standing is a recognition, not a property right, and does not survive termination for cause. Their numbers are engraved here for as long as the Society stands.
A Charter seat is standing, not ownership. 888 SOCIETY is owned and operated by one company, and no membership — Charter or otherwise — carries equity, a vote, a share of revenue, or any right to manage the Society. Charter standing is a recognition, not a property right, and does not survive termination for cause. Charter seats pay the same annual dues as their degree — what they gain is standing, not price.
888 SOCIETY is the private room of a private family of operating companies that form, fund, finance, trade, and educate.
When you join the Society, your membership is connected to an operating ecosystem. Need your company formed and funded? Financing for growth? Markets education? Product and trade channels? The family already does it — and members walk in through the preferred door.
The investment arm of the holding — acquisitions, real assets, and partnership conversations. The Head Table hears the door open first.
Formation, corporate structure, branding, websites, AI automation, and business credit — the builder of member companies, on preferred terms.
Financing and capital-access solutions for members’ ventures. Any credit is offered by AVANCO GROUP under a separate agreement, subject to underwriting, approval, and applicable licensing. 888 SOCIETY does not extend credit, does not arrange credit, and does not finance membership dues.
Commerce and global trade: sourcing, containers, wholesale, and marketplace channels for members who move product.
Professional markets education — futures, options, equities, and risk discipline, at member terms.
The room that ties it together — where the ecosystem's builders, clients, and allies become one network.
Ecosystem access means preferred treatment for services and relationships. It is not an offer of securities, a right to invest, or a promise of returns. Each company operates under its own terms and applicable licensing.
You join vetted rooms where trust is the default and your name starts compounding.
The ecosystem forms, brands, funds, and automates what you're building — faster than going alone.
Pods, introductions, and the Deal Room turn your network into pipelines — partners, clients, suppliers.
Your wins raise the room's standard — and the room returns the favor. That's the eight, sideways.
What serious applicants want to know before they knock.
Five minutes. Fully confidential. Read by a person, answered by the office.
A benefit of membership — never a reason to join. The Society grows by introduction, and the member who makes the introduction is recognized for it in the plainest way there is.
You receive 20 percent of the first-year dues of the member you introduced, and 10 percent of every renewal they pay after that — for as long as you are both active members in good standing. Always on the dues: the $888 initiation never carries a referral fee. And nothing on anyone they go on to introduce. Ever.
| If they enter at | Their annual dues | You receive, year one | And every year after |
|---|---|---|---|
| I° The Room | $2,000 | $400 | $200 |
| II° The Table | $4,000 | $800 | $400 |
| III° The Head Table | $8,000 | $1,600 | $800 |
Bringing one person to the Head Table is worth more than bringing three to the front door. The Society would rather you brought one. Most members introduce no one, and the Society makes no representation that any member will receive any referral fee at all.
A seat in 888 SOCIETY is a business decision before it is anything else. The first return is the one you came for: the partners, the clients, the suppliers, and the capital that come out of sitting four times a year in a room with operators who actually build. The second is simpler. The Society grows by introduction, and when you make one the office admits, you are paid for it.
Your Pod, the Deal Room, the chapter directory, and the introductions the office makes exist for one thing: so your company leaves this room with something it did not walk in with. That is what your dues buy, and that is what makes the seat worth keeping. If in any year the Society does not move your business, do not renew.
You do not recruit. You introduce one person you would sit beside, and the office decides whether they come in. If the office does not admit them, there is no fee — and the Society would rather you brought no one than the wrong one. An introduction that belongs serves three parties: the person, who gets the room; the room, which gets stronger; and you.
Twenty percent of the first-year dues, and ten percent of every renewal for as long as you are both active members. It is paid by the Society out of its own revenue: it never comes out of another member’s pocket and it never raises anyone’s dues. Every member is paid only on the people they personally introduced — never on anyone else’s introductions. Not you on theirs, not them on yours. One level, always.
And what this is not: it is not an income opportunity. Most members introduce no one, and the Society makes no representation as to how much, if anything, any member will receive. Participation costs nothing, is never required, and no benefit, degree, seat, or standing depends on it. It is a benefit of membership. It is never a reason to join.
You are paid on the members you introduce. You are never paid on the people they go on to introduce — not one cent, not ever. This is the line, and the Society does not stand near it.
The 10 percent renewal fee is paid for as long as you are both active members in good standing. If your membership lapses, the fee stops. If theirs lapses, it stops. The fee is personal — it cannot be sold, assigned, or inherited.
If the office does not admit the person you brought, there is no fee. The standard of the room has never been for sale, and it is not for sale to a member either.
The fee is for people you bring from outside. Inside a gathering nobody sells anything — including this. Working the room is grounds for removal, at any degree.
You sign a short referral agreement and a W-9 once. Anyone paid $600 or more in a calendar year receives a 1099-NEC in January. It is income, and it is reported like income.
If you recommend the Society publicly and you are paid for referrals, say so plainly — that you are a member and that you receive compensation. One line, every time.
Participation costs nothing. There is no fee, no kit, no quota, and no minimum. No member is required to introduce anyone, and no benefit, degree, seat, standing, or appointment depends on whether you introduce anyone. A referral fee is paid by the Society out of its own revenue for a completed introduction to a person the office admits and who pays dues; it is never funded by another member and it never increases anyone’s dues. You may not be paid on yourself, on your spouse or household, on an entity you control, or on a person already in conversation with the office.
No income is promised or implied. The Society makes no representation about how much any member will receive; most members introduce no one, and results depend entirely on your own relationships and effort. Membership is a service for networking, education, and development — it is not an investment, a franchise, a distributorship, or a business opportunity, and it must never be presented as one. The program may be changed or ended at any time.
Every seat carries its own key. This is where members enter the Hall: their record, their Pod, the Deal Room, the chapter directory, and the Society calendar.
The Hall opens with the first chapter. Your credentials arrive with your seat — username and password are issued by the office once your petition is accepted. No member shares a key.
Every seat in 888 SOCIETY is a company in operation. What is published here is the name and the mark of everyone already inside — and nothing more. The full directory lives inside the members’ area: what each member does, the city they build in, what they are looking for, their website, their direct line, and their business email. Your listing is not read by the internet. It is read by the rest of the chapter — and by no one else.

The Council and the Charter (seats 001–088) appear in their own band above every degree, whatever degree they hold.
Members appear here by their own choice and may ask the office to remove them at any time. Only business contact details appear here, and only at the degrees that include them — personal mobile numbers are never published on this page. They live inside the Hall, where only fellow members reach them. A listing is a courtesy of membership, not an endorsement or a recommendation of that business by 888 SOCIETY.

These Terms govern your use of this website and, upon acceptance of an invitation, your membership in 888 SOCIETY, a private membership program operated by Orenidus, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as 888 SOCIETY ("the Society," "we," "us"), of 7840 Firestone Blvd., Ste. #206, Downey, CA 90241. By using this website or applying for membership, you agree to these Terms.
888 SOCIETY is a private community for networking, education, and personal and professional development. Membership is a service; it is not an investment, a security, a franchise, or an ownership interest of any kind, and it carries no right to profits, returns, or participation in any venture. A chapter is limited to 888 members and corresponds to a single city or metropolitan area; Southern California is the founding chapter. 888 SOCIETY is a trade name of Orenidus, LLC, a California limited liability company, which owns and operates the Society and makes all decisions about it. The Council of Eight is an honorary and advisory designation within the Society. It is not a board of directors, it is not a governing body of Orenidus, LLC, and it holds no legal authority over the company. A chair confers no ownership, no equity, no voting right, no share of revenue or profit, and no fiduciary duty is owed to members by reason of it. Membership confers no ownership interest, no voting right, and no right to participate in the management of the Society or of Orenidus, LLC. 888 SOCIETY does not provide, promise, secure, or guarantee any customer, account, client, outlet, location, contract, supplier, or sale to any member; the Deal Room and the Society’s introductions are a place where members may meet and speak with one another, and whether anyone does business, and on what terms, is entirely between those members. The Society does not participate in, broker, screen, guarantee, or take any share of any transaction between members, and it does not buy back anything from any member. Nothing on this website or in any Society room constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, or investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any business dealings between members are private matters between those members, conducted at their own risk and with their own advisors.
Everything described on this website, and in any degree, package, directory listing, sales material, or presentation — benefits, formats, rooms, events, services, thresholds, degree names, the directory, and everything else — is offered at the sole discretion of 888 SOCIETY and may be added to, modified, reduced, substituted, suspended, or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice, for a single member, for a degree, or for the Society as a whole. No benefit is permanent, none is guaranteed, and none becomes a vested right by reason of dues having been paid. Your dues purchase membership for the period, not a fixed list of benefits. We will, however, provide during each paid term the core of what your degree describes: the Society’s scheduled gatherings for that year, access to the members’ area and the private directory, and the introductions your degree includes. Substitutions of venue, format, date, speaker, or programming are permitted; material reductions to that core are not made retroactively, and where we materially reduce that core for the remainder of a paid term we will, at your election, restore it, substitute a benefit of comparable value, or refund the unused portion of your dues on a pro-rata monthly basis. We may amend these Terms and the rules of the Society; changes take effect when posted, except that changes which materially reduce your rights or increase your obligations apply only from the start of your next term. Renewal dues may change for future terms only, and will be stated in your renewal notice. Recognitions conferred on Charter members, including the retirement of a seat number, survive for so long as the Society operates and are not withdrawn under this Section except upon termination for cause.
Admission is by application and invitation, at our sole discretion. Members and their guests must be 18 or older; the sponsoring member is responsible for a guest’s conduct and for the same confidentiality obligations. Members agree to the Code of Eight, including strict confidentiality of member information shared in Society rooms. We may decline, suspend, or terminate membership for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to the Society; terminated memberships for cause are not refunded.
Admission includes a one-time initiation fee of $888, charged once in a lifetime and not repeated at any later degree. Annual dues are set by the degree you select at admission. Dues are annual, payable in advance, and non-refundable once membership begins, as seats are limited. Membership terms are twelve months. Renewals require your affirmative consent — we will send a renewal notice before your term ends, and no renewal charge will be made without your express authorization. Guest passes, event access, and benefits are subject to availability and the applicable degree of membership. How to cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing corp@888society.club from the address on your record, or by written notice to the address in Section 15. We will acknowledge your cancellation in writing within five business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current twelve-month term: your membership, your directory listing, and your access to the members’ area end on that date, no further dues are charged, and dues already paid for the current term are not refunded, as seats are limited and your seat is held for you for the full term. If we terminate your membership without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your dues for the current term on a pro-rata monthly basis; no refund is due where membership is terminated for cause under Section 3. We do not enrol members in automatic renewal. Each year we will send you a renewal notice at least thirty (30) days before your term ends, stating the renewal dues and the date, and no renewal will be charged unless you affirmatively accept it in writing. If we ever offer an automatic-renewal option, we will present its terms separately, obtain your separate affirmative consent to those terms, send you a written acknowledgment of them, send you an annual reminder, and give you a way to cancel online without speaking to anyone.
Event dates, venues, formats, and programming may change. Attendance may be subject to additional registration.
Alcohol. Society gatherings take place at third-party venues. 888 SOCIETY does not sell, serve, or furnish alcoholic beverages. Where alcohol is available at a gathering it is provided by the licensed venue or licensed caterer under its own licence, and service is at its discretion. Alcohol is served only to persons aged 21 or over, with valid identification, and only where the venue’s licence permits. Members and guests aged 18 to 20 are welcome at gatherings but may not be served or consume alcohol. We may refuse admission to, refuse service to, or remove any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, or in breach of the Code of Eight, without refund.
Assumption of risk. You attend Society gatherings at your own risk. This includes golf, athletic and outdoor activities, travel to and from venues, and the premises and conduct of third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law you assume all risk of personal injury, illness, death, and loss of or damage to property arising from attendance, and you release 888 SOCIETY and Orenidus, LLC, their officers, members, employees and agents from all claims arising from it, other than claims that may not be released by law. 888 SOCIETY does not provide accident, health, travel, or property insurance for members or guests.
Guests. Every guest must be registered with the office in advance, must be 18 or over, and must accept the Code of Eight, these event terms, and the media release at check-in. The sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct of their guest and indemnifies us for any claim arising from their guest’s attendance, conduct, or dealings.
Media release. You grant 888 SOCIETY an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to photograph, film, and record you at Society events and to use those photographs, recordings, and your name, likeness, voice, business name and degree in the Society’s archives, website, directory, social channels and promotional materials, in any medium now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation, and you waive any claim under California Civil Code §3344 or any comparable right of publicity or privacy in connection with that use. You may withdraw this grant for future use by written notice to corp@888society.club; we will stop new promotional uses within thirty (30) days, but materials already published or in distribution need not be recalled. You are responsible for obtaining the same grant from every guest you bring, and you will indemnify us for any claim by your guest arising from photography or recording at a Society event.
We make no promises regarding business results, income, connections, opportunities, or outcomes of any kind. Testimonials or member stories, where shared, reflect individual experiences and are not typical results.
888 SOCIETY maintains a chapter directory. By giving us your business details you authorise us to publish them in the directory, on the rule set out below. On the public directory page we publish only your seat number, your degree, your logo, your company, your name and your title. Your trade, your city, your website, your business telephone, your business email and what you are looking for are NOT published there: they are shown only inside the members’ area, to signed-in members. Personal mobile numbers and personal email addresses are never published anywhere. You may ask the office in writing at corp@888society.club to limit your listing to your initials or to remove it entirely, and we will do so within thirty (30) days. Your listing is removed from the public directory within thirty (30) days of your membership ending; we cannot remove copies held by search engines, archives, or third parties, and we are not responsible for them. Listings link to websites operated by members. We do not control or review them and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. A listing is a courtesy of membership: it is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a verification of that business by 888 SOCIETY, and we are not responsible for dealings members enter into with one another. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for holding the right to use any names and marks you give us. Logos, text, images, and links you give us for the directory are your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish them in the directory and the members’ area, and you warrant that you own or are licensed to use them. We remove content on valid notice of infringement. Send notices under 17 U.S.C. §512 to our designated agent: Orenidus, LLC dba 888 SOCIETY, Attn: Copyright Agent, 7840 Firestone Blvd., Ste. #206, Downey, CA 90241, corp@888society.club. We may remove or refuse any listing at our discretion.
A member in good standing may receive a referral fee on the terms published on this website: 20 percent of the first-year annual dues of the member they introduced, and 10 percent of each subsequent renewal that member pays — always calculated on the dues and never on the $888 initiation fee —, for as long as both remain active members in good standing. One level only: no fee is ever paid on persons the referred member goes on to introduce. The renewal fee stops immediately if either member ceases to be a member, does not renew, or is suspended or removed. The fee is personal: it cannot be sold, assigned, or inherited, and it is not an asset, an annuity, or a property right. No fee is due if the office does not admit the person, and any fee is reversed if the member’s payment is refunded or charged back. A signed referral agreement and a W-9 are required; anyone paid $600 or more in a calendar year receives a 1099-NEC. The program may be changed, reduced, suspended, or ended at any time under clause 2. No income is promised or implied. Participation costs nothing: there is no fee, kit, quota, or minimum, no member is required to introduce anyone, and no benefit, degree, seat, or appointment depends on whether you introduce anyone. The fee is paid by the Society out of its own revenue and never increases anyone’s dues. You may not be paid on yourself, on your spouse or household, on an entity you control, or on a person already in conversation with the office. Disclosure: if you recommend the Society publicly — in any post, video, message, broadcast, podcast, or conversation — and you are eligible to receive a referral fee, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose, in the same message and before or with the recommendation, that you are a member of 888 SOCIETY and that you may be paid if the person you refer is admitted. You must not make, repeat, or imply any claim about earnings, income, results, returns, or the number of introductions a member can expect, and you must not describe the Society as an investment, a franchise, a distributorship, or a business opportunity. We may withhold or reverse any referral fee, and may suspend or end your participation in the program, for breach of this paragraph. Membership is not an investment, a franchise, a distributorship, or a business opportunity, and must not be presented as one.
The 888 SOCIETY name, marks, content, frameworks, and materials are our property or licensed to us. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable right to access materials for personal use only.
This website and the Society are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this website or membership shall not exceed the dues you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your conduct at Society events, or your dealings with other members.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or membership will be resolved by final and binding arbitration before JAMS in Los Angeles County, California, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards then in effect, on an individual basis only. The arbitrator decides all questions of arbitrability. We will pay all JAMS filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees in excess of the filing fee you would pay to file in court. You may reject this arbitration agreement by written notice to corp@888society.club within 30 days of your admission (or, if you are not a member, within 30 days of first using this website); rejecting it does not affect your application, your membership, or your standing in any way. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may bring qualifying matters in small-claims court. Notwithstanding anything above, nothing in these Terms waives, and this Section does not apply to, any claim for public injunctive relief, which may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction; if a court finds this sentence unenforceable, that claim alone is severed and stayed pending arbitration of all other claims, and the remainder of this Section survives. Before filing, either party will give the other 30 days’ written notice of the dispute and a good-faith opportunity to resolve it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the website and membership program. The English version of this website and these Terms controls over any translation.

Membership in 888 SOCIETY is the purchase of community, networking, and educational services — nothing more. It is not an investment and conveys no equity, profit interest, or expectation of return. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product.
Content shared in Society rooms, workshops, and materials is for general education only and is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. 888 SOCIETY is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or accounting firm. Always consult your own licensed advisors.
Members may choose to do business with one another. Any such dealings are private arrangements between those members; 888 SOCIETY is not a party to, does not endorse, and assumes no responsibility for member-to-member transactions.
We make no representation that membership will produce business results, income, opportunities, or connections. Success depends on factors outside our control, including your own effort and judgment.
888 SOCIETY is part of a private family of companies, including HEFE GROUP, AVANCO GROUP, ORENVIA GROUP, ORENTRA ACADEMY, and LUXBERG. Preferred access for members refers to services and relationships only. Each affiliated brand's services are subject to its own terms, conditions, and applicable licensing; financing is subject to approval. 888 SOCIETY does not lend money, does not broker or arrange credit, and does not offer, provide, or finance payment plans for membership dues or initiation fees. Membership fees are payable in full in advance.
Event calendars, venues, speakers, and formats are subject to change. References to gatherings describe the Society's membership programming, availability of which may vary by degree and season.
Information on this website is provided in good faith but may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct or update content at any time without notice.
888 SOCIETY does not engage in lobbying and does not offer or provide access to, or influence with, any public official, agency, or department. We do not waive, discount, or comp dues, tickets, meals, or guest admission for any elected official, candidate, or public employee, and any public official who attends a Society gathering does so on the same paid terms as any other member or guest. Members and guests who hold public office or public employment are responsible for their own compliance with the gift, honorarium, reporting, and conflict-of-interest rules that apply to them, including the California Political Reform Act, and should decline anything of value that those rules do not permit them to accept. The office will provide, on request, a written statement of the fair market value of any admission or meal.
888 SOCIETY is working to make this website usable by everyone, and we aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
